Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines what is and is not acceptable when using the Workeadi platform. It applies to all users.

Purpose
Workeadi is a platform built on trust, readiness, and real outcomes. This policy exists to protect that environment — for workers, employers, and the integrity of the system. All users are expected to engage with the Platform honestly, professionally, and in good faith.
Permitted Use
The Platform may be used to:
- Apply for and participate in Workeadi readiness programmes (workers)
- Complete assigned evaluations, tasks, and assessments honestly
- Review and engage with pre-assessed candidates (employers)
- Communicate with Workeadi staff through official Platform channels
- Manage your account and profile information
Prohibited Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Identity and Misrepresentation
- Creating a false identity or impersonating another person or organisation
- Misrepresenting qualifications, skills, experience, or availability
- Submitting work or assignments completed by another person without disclosure
- Using automated tools (e.g., AI generation) to complete assessments without disclosure
Platform Abuse
- Attempting to access, alter, or extract data beyond your own account
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass any Platform system
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
- Interfering with Platform functionality for other users
Data Misuse
- Using data accessed through the Platform (including candidate profiles) for any purpose other than active Platform-facilitated hiring decisions
- Sharing, selling, or redistributing data obtained through the Platform
- Storing candidate data beyond the scope of the active hiring process
User Conduct
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other Platform users
- Engaging in exploitative or deceptive behaviour toward workers or employers
- Offering or soliciting work or payments outside the Platform in ways that circumvent Workeadi's process
Content Standards
All content submitted to the Platform — including applications, task submissions, notes, and communications — must be:
- Accurate and honest to the best of your ability
- Professional and respectful in tone
- Free of discriminatory, harassing, or abusive language
- Relevant to the purpose for which it is submitted
Workeadi reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following, depending on the severity and nature of the violation:
- A formal warning
- Temporary suspension of Platform access
- Permanent removal from the Platform
- Reporting to relevant authorities where legally required
Workeadi's decisions regarding enforcement are final. Users who believe an enforcement action was taken in error may appeal by contacting support@workeadi.com.
Reporting Violations
If you observe conduct that violates this policy, report it to support@workeadi.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
