Worker Participation Policy
This policy outlines the expectations, rights, and responsibilities of workers participating in the Workeadi programme.
Effective date: May 1, 2026 · Last updated: May 1, 2026
Overview
Workeadi prepares workers to meet real job expectations and connects vetted candidates with employers who are hiring. This policy sets out what is expected of workers throughout the application, assessment, and placement process — and what workers can expect from us.
Eligibility
To participate in the Workeadi programme, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have access to a reliable internet connection and a working device
- Be available to commit the hours you state in your application
- Agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy
Eligibility does not guarantee acceptance. Workeadi evaluates applications based on stated goals, availability, and current readiness relative to cohort requirements.
Application and Onboarding
The application process is designed to give us an honest picture of who you are and where you are right now. You are expected to:
- Complete the application form truthfully and in full
- Attend any scheduled readiness interview at the confirmed time
- Complete onboarding information (contact details, payment preferences, availability, and agreement acknowledgement) if approved to proceed
Incomplete or dishonest applications will be removed from consideration. If inaccuracies are discovered after acceptance, your participation may be revoked.
Assessments and Evaluations
Readiness is evaluated through a combination of structured interviews, practical tasks, and submission reviews. During assessments, you must:
- Complete all tasks yourself unless explicitly told otherwise
- Submit work that reflects your genuine ability
- Respond to feedback honestly and constructively
- Meet submission deadlines or communicate promptly if you cannot
Assessment results are used to build your readiness profile and determine your placement path. Results shared with employers are based on your actual performance — not self-reported claims.
Placement and Opportunities
Workers who meet the Workeadi readiness standard become eligible for matching with employers on the Platform. Placement depends on:
- Your assessed readiness level
- The availability of roles that match your skills and preferences
- Employer selection decisions, which are independent of Workeadi
Workeadi does not guarantee employment.
Completing the Workeadi programme — including all assessments and onboarding — does not guarantee that you will be hired. Employers make final hiring decisions independently. Workeadi facilitates the process; it does not control the outcome.
Conduct and Standards
Throughout your participation, you are expected to:
- Communicate professionally and reliably with the Workeadi team
- Notify us promptly if your availability or circumstances change
- Treat employers, other workers, and Workeadi staff with respect
- Honour any commitments made to employers through the Platform
Growth Path and Re-Application
If your current readiness level does not meet the threshold for immediate placement, you may be assigned to a growth path. This gives you specific tasks and milestones to complete before requesting re-review. Workeadi does not close the door — we give you a clear path forward. Workers on a growth path remain active on the Platform and retain access to their dashboard while completing the assigned steps.
Removal from the Programme
Workeadi may remove a worker from the programme — temporarily or permanently — in the following circumstances:
- Misrepresentation of identity, skills, or availability
- Failure to meet assessment or communication standards after notice
- Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or these Terms
- Conduct that harms employers, other workers, or the Platform
- Prolonged inactivity without notice
Workers removed for misconduct will not be eligible for re-application. Workers removed for performance reasons may reapply after a defined waiting period at Workeadi's discretion.
Your Data
As a worker, your profile, assessment results, and readiness information are used to facilitate your placement. This information is shared with relevant employers as part of the matching process — you are made aware of this as part of signing up. We do not sell your data.
