Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Workeadi platform. By accessing or using Workeadi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise accessing the Workeadi platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including workers, employers, and visitors. Additional policies — including our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Worker Participation Policy, and Employer Policy — are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

About the Platform

Workeadi is a work-readiness and hiring platform. We prepare and vet workers to meet real-world job expectations, and we connect vetted workers with employers seeking reliable global talent.

Workeadi is not an employment agency, staffing firm, or job board. We do not guarantee employment for workers or exclusive hiring rights for employers. We provide a system of readiness assessment, candidate verification, and facilitated matching.

User Accounts

You must create an account to access most Platform features. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Workeadi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or are otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of the Platform.

Worker Terms

Workers who join the Platform agree to the following:

  • You will complete all required assessments and evaluations honestly
  • You will represent your skills, experience, and availability accurately
  • You understand that completing the application process does not guarantee placement in a cohort, and completing a cohort does not guarantee employment
  • You grant Workeadi permission to share your readiness profile and assessment results with relevant employers as part of the placement process
  • You will not submit assignments or evaluations that are completed by another person or generated by automated systems without disclosure

Workers who fail to meet platform standards, misrepresent their qualifications, or violate these Terms may be removed from the programme and may lose access to placement opportunities.

Employer Terms

Employers who use the Platform agree to the following:

  • Candidate profiles and readiness data shared by Workeadi are provided solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for legitimate employment or contracted work
  • You will not use candidate information for any purpose beyond active hiring decisions within the Platform context
  • You will treat all candidates with professionalism and without discrimination
  • You will not attempt to contact or recruit candidates outside the Platform in a manner that circumvents Workeadi's process
  • Workeadi reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove employer accounts at its discretion

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, software, and systems on the Workeadi Platform are the property of Workeadi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without explicit written permission from Workeadi.

Content submitted by users — including applications, evaluations, and assignments — remains the property of the user. By submitting content, you grant Workeadi a non-exclusive licence to use, store, and analyse that content for Platform purposes, including improving readiness systems and facilitating hiring.

Disclaimers and Limitations

The Workeadi Platform is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding Platform availability, the accuracy of readiness assessments, or hiring outcomes.

  • Workeadi does not guarantee employment for any worker
  • Workeadi does not guarantee that a specific hire will meet all employer expectations
  • Workeadi is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of the Platform, hiring decisions made through the Platform, or work performed by connected parties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Workeadi's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to Workeadi in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Workeadi may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or any related policy
  • Conduct that harms other users or the Platform
  • Misrepresentation of identity, skills, or qualifications
  • Inactivity or failure to meet programme requirements

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the termination date.

Changes to These Terms

Workeadi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which Workeadi operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be handled in accordance with those laws. Where applicable, disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal process.
