Employer Policy
This policy outlines the responsibilities, expectations, and rights of employers using the Workeadi platform.
Effective date: May 1, 2026 · Last updated: May 1, 2026
Overview
Workeadi gives employers access to pre-assessed, job-ready candidates who have been vetted against a defined standard of readiness. In return, employers are expected to use the Platform responsibly, treat candidates with professionalism, and engage in good faith. This policy defines those expectations.
Access and Approval
Employer access to the Workeadi Platform is not automatic. Workeadi reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any employer application at its discretion
- Verify company information before granting full access
- Restrict access to certain features based on account standing
- Suspend or terminate employer accounts that violate this policy
Employers who misrepresent their company, role, or hiring intent during registration will have their accounts removed immediately.
Use of Candidate Information
Workeadi shares candidate profiles, readiness scores, and evaluation data to support your hiring decisions. This information is provided under strict conditions:
- Candidate information may only be used for evaluating candidates for roles actively posted through the Workeadi Platform
- You may not share, export, sell, or redistribute candidate data to third parties
- You may not use candidate contact information to recruit for roles outside the Platform without express permission
- You must not retain candidate data beyond the active hiring process without the candidate's knowledge
Candidate data is not yours to keep.
Access to candidate profiles is granted for the purpose of hiring through Workeadi. It does not transfer data ownership or permit use outside that context.
Conduct Toward Candidates
Employers are expected to interact with candidates professionally at all times. This means:
- Evaluating candidates solely on their readiness, skills, and role fit — not on protected characteristics such as race, gender, age, nationality, or religion
- Communicating interview outcomes or hiring decisions within a reasonable timeframe
- Not making misleading or false representations about roles, pay, or working conditions
- Treating all candidates with the same standard of respect and professionalism regardless of geography or background
Workeadi monitors employer conduct as part of its commitment to worker welfare. Discriminatory, exploitative, or unprofessional behaviour toward candidates is grounds for immediate account removal.
Hiring Responsibilities
Workeadi facilitates the matching and vetting process, but employers remain solely responsible for:
- Final hiring decisions
- Compliance with applicable employment laws in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations, contracts, and worker classification
- Any agreements, payments, or working arrangements made with workers after placement
- Providing a safe, clear, and professional working environment
Workeadi is not a party to any employment or contractor agreement between an employer and a worker. We are not responsible for the terms, outcomes, or disputes arising from those agreements.
Feedback and Ratings
After a hiring engagement closes, employers are encouraged to submit feedback on the worker's performance. This feedback is used to improve future matches and to strengthen the readiness standard for all workers on the Platform. Feedback must be honest, constructive, and based on the actual working relationship. False or retaliatory feedback is prohibited.
Platform Rights
Workeadi reserves the right to:
- Approve, reject, or revoke employer access at any time
- Remove job postings or hiring requests that do not meet Platform standards or violate any applicable law
- Suspend employer accounts pending investigation of reported misconduct toward candidates
- Permanently remove employers whose conduct harms workers, other employers, or the integrity of the Platform
- Update this policy at any time, with notice to active employers
Termination of Access
Workeadi may terminate employer access immediately and without refund in cases involving:
- Fraudulent registration or misrepresentation
- Discriminatory or exploitative conduct toward candidates
- Unauthorised use or redistribution of candidate data
- Repeated violation of this policy after warning
Employers may also close their accounts at any time. Doing so does not affect any obligations already incurred through active hiring agreements.
